My Vision for Our State and Country

  • I envision a state and country where people have happy, healthy, fulfilling lives; supported with healthcare, education, and economic opportunity; in nice places to live; on safe streets; and in communities that let people do what they want to do and be who they want to be, as long as they’re not hurting anybody.

  • I envision responsive city, state, and federal governments with competent, honest legislators that act on behalf of the people, and not moneyed interests; a government that protects people and limits corporate greed, and not the other way around; and a government that takes action to improve lives, not a government that remains inactive while our lives get worse.

  • I envision a safe and free society where people are safe expressing how they feel, without fear of censorship or punishment, and where we rebut “bad” ideas with open debate, peace, love, and persuasion.

  • I envision a state and country where we care about our citizens and invest in education, infrastructure, and innovation so that we can create opportunity in a good cycle of economic prosperity that rewards hard working people, takes care of those in need, and uplifts us all.

I know we can turn this vision into a reality - and to start, I offer my proposals for institutional and physical infrastructure projects that will grow a good economy and improve all our lives.

My Objectives

I want us to focus on broad strategic public investments that will grow the middle class and provide us with financial stability, economic opportunities, and a good economy.

It’s that simple.

The heart of this proposal has three main objectives:

  1. First, to significantly increase the number of desirable single family homes and desirable units in MA connected by clean, efficient, dignified, and reliable public transportation;

  2. Second, to maximize job creation and access to education as a means to increase channels of economic opportunity and upward mobility.

  3. And third, to bolster an ambitious and entrepreneurial tech/innovation sector that can lead the world and contribute to the fundamental scientific breakthroughs that push the human enterprise forward, safely.
